FIRST TIME TO EMERGE

  • With the proper form and technique, spin can be made safe for everyone. Every instructor on our roster will pay extra attention to ALL riders, encouraging them to take breaks during class if necessary and will provide water breaks in between sets during the class.

  • We recommend that you come in your activewear, and a handy water bottle, and we got the rest covered! Wear something that will not restrict your movements and something that you will feel comfortable sweating in, and bring a pair of socks.

    At the studio, you will change into our Shimano cycle shoes (SPD-SL compatible cleats). It is compulsory to wear a pair of socks when you ride for hygiene purposes. If you forgot to bring a pair of socks, we sell plain socks at the studio. Sweat towels will be provided on the bikes as well.

  • Simply download our very own app (EMERGE SG) or sign up for an account on our website.

    You can then purchase a trial package, or a drop in class here.

  • Riders under 18 years old will need a parent or guardian to sign a waiver form. Please click here for the waiver form.

    If you are under 18 and riding without a signed waiver form/ approval from your guardian/parent, you will assume all responsibilities and hereby release and forever discharge EMERGE for any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, rights, actions, causes of actions, expenses and suits of any kind whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, for personal injury, wrongful death, damage to property, or otherwise resulting from participation in the classes.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Download our mobile app (EMERGE SG) or, head to our website and book your next class! Our online schedule is released 1 week in advance.

    The booking window opens 7 days in advance at 9:00 PM daily, for classes held in the next week from Monday to Sunday.

    You can book into any class up to 5 mins before the start time. (Bookings via ClassPass close 15 minutes before the start time). If your preferred class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the online waitlist, but a spot won’t be guaranteed.

  • The waitlist for classes opens when the class is fully booked online. You will move up the waitlist when members cancel their spots for that particular class. There is no guarantee that you will be allocated a spot, so do check your account to see if you have secured a bike in class or not. The waitlist is first-come-first-serve.

    The waitlist will stop auto-enrolling members 12 hours before the start time of class. Classes will open up for booking on our schedule if there are any late cancellations. You may check the schedule and book into any available slots.

    Note: All members must check in before the scheduled class time. Failing which, they will have their spots released to members on the waitlist, any walk-in members, or members who wish to switch spots.

  • We recommend all members arrive early, preferably at least 20 minutes before class, especially if it’s your first time at EMERGE. Take time to prepare yourself before the ride.

    Check-in

    Last check-in for all first-timers to the studio (i.e your first class with us): 5 minutes before the scheduled class time.

    Last check-in for other members: Scheduled class time. Otherwise your spot will be released to members on the waitlist, any walk-in members, or members who wish to switch spots.

    We reserve the right to deny entry to members who arrive past the start time of the class and to first-timers who fail to attend the pre-class briefing.

    If you booked using ClassPass

    As ClassPass is a third-party platform, do note that your spot number will only be confirmed at the point of check-in. We will not be able to reschedule your class in the event you’re late. Please do practice punctuality.

    Pre-class

    10 minutes BEFORE the class time:

    Instructor will invite all members and first-time members to the studio for a pre-class briefing.

    3 minutes AFTER the class time:

    The class will begin. Members who are not in the studio 3 minutes after the scheduled class time will not be able to join the class.

  • We reserve the right to deny entry to members who arrive past the start time of the class and for first-timers who fail to attend the pre-class briefing.

    We practice a 8-hour cancellation policy. Kindly cancel your bike at least 8 hours before class to avoid a forfeiture of class credit. All members who arrive late or didn’t show up will have their credit forfeited for that class.

    However, if you are a package holder with EMERGE, we offer a rescheduling of class within the same day, subject to availability.

    *ClassPass holders will have to cancel your classes 12 hours prior to class to avoid a late-cancellation charge by ClassPass platform.

  • In the event of a no-show, your credit will be forfeited. We strongly encourage all members to cancel their classes ahead of time (before the 8/12-hour window) to allow for other members to book in.

    We understand that things may not always go according to plan. In the case of any unforeseen circumstances (e.g illness), email us at contact@emergestudio.sg and we will review on a case by case basis.

  • As a safety precaution and to respect the experience of fellow guests, we ask that you only book yourself into classes that you know you can fully attend from start to finish. All classes start and end on time to respect your commitments outside of our space.

    However, if you were to leave early due to personal reasons, do note that there will be NO re-entry and NO refund of your credit once you exit the class.

  • The nearest MRTs are Boon Keng (NE9), Farrer Park (NE8) and Bendemeer (DT23).

  • ESSENTIAL 45 is our signature ride that caters for riders ready to level up, blending rhythm, resistance, and refined technique into a powerful 45-minute session. Expect a mix of jogs, climbs, and dynamic movements that connect seamlessly with the beat, pushing you to ride with purpose and control. With a strong focus on form and flow, every track is an opportunity to refine your skills, build power. and move with intention-perfect for those looking to take their ride to the next level.

    If you are first time to spinning, we highly encourage you to attend the FOUNDATION 60 — it is all about building strong fundamentals through rhythm, form, and flow. This 60-minute ride starts with:
    1) 15 minutes dedicated to bike set-up, form checks, and introducing basic movements.
    2) 40 minute ride, where each song connects movement and resistance-think jogs, climbs, and more.
    3) 5 minutes are for cooling down and recovery.

    Throughout the ride, form and rhythm remains the top priority, helping you build strength, confidence, and technique with every beat.

    POWER 45/60 is built for advanced riders ready to push past their limit with high-intensity intervals, powerful climbs, and rhythm-driven endurance. Expect a fast-paced ride designed to test stamina,strength, and mental grit. Expect advanced choreography, heavier resistance, and precision movements that push your skills to the edge-all while staying locked into the beat. Every second of this ride demands focus, control, and power, making it the ultimate test for those who want to elevate their performance and ride stronger than ever.

    Doors will be opened 10 minutes before the stipulated class time, and ALL first timers are to enter the studio for a foundation briefing. (e.g 5PM class, doors open at 4.50PM, first timers to check in by 4.55pm)

PACKAGES

  • The shareable series are 50, 100, and 200 pack. However, all our packages are assignable!

    Email contact@emergestudio.sg with the shareable package details as well as your friend’s name and email registered to an account under EMERGE.

    Note:

    • Not applicable to Trial and Drop-in.

    • Packs are only shareable with 1, 2 and 3 members respectively.

    • Credits cannot be refunded if guest is unable to turn up for class.

    • All guests and riders are required to have a registered account and strictly riding under own name.

    • The studio reserve the rights to deny entry if the above is not met.

  • The date reflected is the deadline for you to physically attend your first class.

    Your package will be activated once you’ve booked a first class, regardless of whether you attend, cancel or no-show the class.

    This also means you can’t book a class that is dated before the date you activated your package. (E.G. Your first class of that package is booked for 5th May, however you’d like to attend a class on 1st May, that wil not be possible.)

  • Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions once a purchase is made. We do not offer refunds on purchases for our services, beyond your statutory rights.

  • Complimentary extension will be reviewed on case by case basis. Do email in to contact@emergestudio.sg with the details.
